Really wonderful. Happy Independence day to you and your loved ones. Also wish you a happy weekend.
Nicely written. Nature's priorities are unknown to us. When there is flood, there is cyclone and there is earth quake, we are helpless. We have our skies on the top without any boundaries nothing else.
Really commendable. Wonderful piece of work. Enjoyed reading it with pleasure. Keep it up and all the best.
You imagined it superbly. I was watching it line by line with happiness. Nicely written and all the best.
I loved to read your blog wrapped in your fond memories. Though belated let me put my appreciation for the wonderful narration. Keep up the good writing.
Congratulations for your 100th blog. All the best in your initiatives.
I was there in Kolkata in the begining of my career, roughly 26 years ago. I used to stay at Dover Lane, Ghariahat. Most of the mornings greeted me with Rabindra Sangeet which flowed from our nearby place. It was really mesmerizing and made me buy a casette and play it at my leisure. I forgot karnatik music, which I adored since childhood, and became a fan of Rabindra Sangeet.

Go on an eating spree. Enjoy your life to the fullest. Last week a report in The Archives of Internal Medicine compared weight and cardiovascular risk factors among a representative sample of more than 5,400 adults. The data suggest that half of overweight people and one-third of obese people are “metabolically healthy.” That means that despite their excess pounds, many overweight and obese adults have healthy levels of “good” cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose and other risks for heart disease. At the same time, about one out of four slim people — those who fall into the “healthy” weight range — actually have at least two cardiovascular risk factors typically associated with obesity, the study showed. See how the findings are changing to the advantage of foodies.
